Important Points To Note: Please note: This code is for convenience purposes only. You are paying only 10% of the amount. The rest 90% should be paid on arrival. The remaining balance must be paid on arrival at the property. Offer applicable on website bookings only.

Check-In and Check-Out Times:

  • Check-in between 4 pm to 6 pm (no check-ins allowed post 8 pm).
  • Check-out between 10:30 am to 12:30 pm (post 12:30 next day tariff will apply).


  • The resort is located on a hill, and guests may need to climb 10-15 stairs to reach their cottages.
  • Mantra Resort has two restaurants, Murali Pure Veg, and Sanjha Chulha Veg/Non-Veg, located around 600 meters apart.

Guest Requirements:

  • Guests should provide a valid photo ID for all members of their group at check-in, regardless of age.
  • Digital and contactless payment is encouraged.

COVID-19 Safety:

  • Guests are advised to carry hand sanitisers and wear masks in public areas.
  • Please follow social distancing guidelines.
  • Avoid crowding at the buffet and in common areas.
  • Rooms and common areas are frequently fumigated; a slight smell may be noticed due to sanitization.

Alcohol and Tobacco:

  • Consumption of alcohol is prohibited in common areas. Please drink responsibly.
  • Chewing tobacco and spitting are strictly prohibited; please be socially responsible.

Environment and Wildlife:

  • The resort is in the protected Western Ghats; please refrain from harming nature.
  • Use mosquito/insect repellent creams during treks and outdoor activities.
  • Wear appropriate sports shoes.

Mantra Resort Guidelines:

  • Check-in for unaccompanied individuals over 65 years is not allowed.
  • Accurate information about guest ages is required. Misrepresentation will incur a 50% extra charge.
  • Infants (0-3 years) are charged at the Infant Tariff; children (3-10 years) are charged as per the Children Tariff, and those above 10 years are charged as adults.
  • Damage to the resort property will be charged.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days' advance notice: 10% retention charge.
  • 30-15 days' notice: 50% retention charge.
  • 15-07 days' notice: 75% retention charge.
  • No refund within 07 days of arrival. No-show will retain all booking days' charges. No refund during peak periods.

COVID-19 Restrictions:

  • For safety, use your vehicle for internal transport.
  • Avoid stops, food purchases, or mingling with nearby village people during travel to and from the resort.
  • Regular temperature checks with non-contact thermometers.
  • Follow government advisories.
  • Download the Aarogya Setu app.
  • Immuno-compromised guests are encouraged to bring their towels and sanitization materials.
  • Use resort facilities such as outdoor games, jungle treks, waterfall trails, bonfires, and karaoke.
